COOMAER offers a 14-day return and exchange policy
We want you to shop with comfort and confidence at COOMAER, so we provide a 14-day return and exchange policy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased within 14 days of receiving your order, and you meet the following terms, you can refund or exchange for another model or style.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Within 14 days of receiving the goods, if there is a non-man-made damage quality issue with the product, you may apply for a return or exchange.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, which means you need to contact us before returning or exchanging.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- Please provide valid proof of purchase, such as order number, payment proof, etc.
- When returning or exchanging, customers must use a shipping method with tracking information. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
Return and Exchange Process
- Please contact our customer service or send an email to qaletx@coomaer.com within the 14-day return and exchange period, providing your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. We will reply within 24 hours on business days.
- After customer service confirmation, we will provide the return address and related instructions.
- You need to send out the goods within 3 days after receiving the return instructions and provide a tracking number. Generally, the product will arrive at our warehouse within 2 weeks.
- Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return and exchange conditions, we will process your return or exchange request within 2 business days. If it is an exchange, we will mail the new product to you. Replacements follow a similar process to new orders and typically arrive within 7 to 14 days. If it is a refund, your refund amount will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 2 days.
Refund Instructions
- After we authorize your refund, the refund amount will typically be returned to your original payment account within 2 days, but the specific arrival time may be delayed depending on the payment method, generally not exceeding 7 days.
- If the goods were purchased using special payment methods such as coupons, discounts, or points, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid, and the discount part will not be refunded. If you need to return coupons or points, please contact us at qaletx@coomaer.com, along with the relevant order and explanation.
Attention
- Please ensure the safe packaging of the returned goods to avoid damage during transportation.
- Do not mail to the address on the package without contacting us first, as it may not be our receiving address, which will affect the processing of your return or exchange.
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons of the customer (such as wrong size selection, color mismatch, etc.), the postage incurred for the return or exchange must be borne by the customer.
- If the return or exchange is due to quality issues or the wrong item sent by the merchant, the related round-trip postage will be borne by us.
