Time Frame for Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it directly. In this case, you may return the goods according to our return policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Once your cancellation request is processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account within 2 days. The specific timing may vary depending on the payment method. Coupons and points will not be directly refunded; if you need these returned, please contact us at qaletx@coomaer.com with the relevant order details and explanation.

Order Changes
